Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern access to 2ND INSIGHTS websites and software. By requesting access or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

2ND INSIGHTS provides pricing intelligence for luxury handbags and watches drawn from a human-verified catalog of 40K+ items. Core and Plus open with a paid trial. The catalog is not a public feed. Ultra is arranged by conversation.

Trend forecasts may be described as coming soon and are not a current deliverable unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Microsoft single sign-on is planned and is not available on this release. You are responsible for activity under your workspace.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful professional purposes. You may not scrape, resell, or republish catalog data except as permitted in your order, attempt to reverse engineer the service, or interfere with other customers.

5. Intellectual property

Syentist Lab Inc. and its licensors own the service, catalog structure, and branding. You retain rights in materials you submit. You grant us a license to process those materials solely to provide the service.

6. Disclaimers

Pricing intelligence is informational. It does not guarantee a sale, a consignor acceptance, or a particular margin. The service is provided “as is” except where a written order states otherwise.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syentist Lab Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the marketing site is limited to CAD 100, and for the paid product is limited as stated in the applicable order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
